Who is YouniquelyFit?
YouniquelyFit is a service provider of posture-based at-home tailored programs that will improve functional movement, alleviate chronic pain, prevent injuries, and get you as close to perfect posture as possible.
What can YouniquelyFit do for me?

What muscles will I stretch and strengthen during the YouniquelyFit programs?
The muscles that are strengthened and stretched are based on your postural assessment. After this assessment, you’ll select the YouniquelyFit programs that are based not only on your contraindications and goals, but also on your posture. For example, if it’s determined that you have Kyphotic Lordosis Posture, your YouniquelyFit programs will focus on strengthening your hamstrings, gluts, upper back extensors, abdomen and neck flexors, while intermittently releasing and stretching the psoas, lower back, pecs, scalenes and neck extensors.

Where can I access the YouniquelyFit programs?
They are available on-demand through our website under the PROGRAMS page. You can stream through your smart phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or even mirror to your TV – anywhere, anytime.
How long are the YouniquelyFit programs?
Our programs range anywhere between 10 minutes up to 60 minutes. Just select the amount of time you have available from the drop-down menu on the PROGRAMS page.
How do I get started?
- Step 1: Take our Posture Assessment to learn your posture type.
- Step 2: Go to the Programs page and select the right programs for your posture type. Drill down further with our filter options and select your goals, program type, level, and length of time.
Prefer private in-person training? We have a team of highly skilled Master Trainers who are ready to travel to you for in-person training or you can schedule online training sessions. Read more about our In-Home Training or Contact Us for more information.
I’ve taken the Posture Assessment, but I’m still not sure which posture type I possess. How can I make sure I’m selecting the right programs for my body?

In-Person YouniquelyFit Personal Training
I love your posture approach, but I prefer in-person or private online sessions. Do you offer in-person or private online personal training?
Yes! In-person private personal training is how we got our start back in 2013! We have a team of YouniquelyFit Personal Trainers in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area. If you are in either of these cities, our trainers travel to your home, office, or outdoor space. We also have a live online platform that enables you to workout remotely with a YouniquelyFit trainer if you are not located in either of these cities. Our certified trainers are all trained in YouniquelyFit’s postural approach and possess multiple certifications in a variety of disciplines, including, but not limited to, Pilates, Yoga, Pre- and Post Natal, Corrective Exercise, etc. Read more about our in-person and live online training and contact us to schedule a free consultation.
What if I don’t feel the trainer is the right fit for me?
All our trainers are highly certified and qualified to help you reach your goals. However, if you don’t feel the energy level matches your expectations, let us know and we will pair you with a trainer that could be a better fit for your personality.
What if my trainer is sick or out of town and can’t help me keep my workout routine?
Don’t worry. We have trainers who can sub in and see you while your trainer is unavailable. Let your trainer know you’d like to see a sub and we will make arrangements for you.
What if I’m out of town and I want to keep up my workout routine?
Our online platform enables you and your trainer to stick with your sessions while you’re out of town. We want to make sure we help hold you accountable for your fitness goals. Let your trainer know you’d like to continue with sessions when you’re away and they will provide you with the online link to meet them for your virtual workout. You can also supplement with our on-demand programs.
