EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
1 Yoga mat
1 yellow Theraband
1 gray loop band
1 orange loop band
1 height-appropriate stability ball
Excellent standing series using a large stability ball to improve balance and enhance alignment. You will move through Transverse Plane, where 90% of injuries occur, for injury prevention purposes, while building a deep awareness of your proprioceptors, thus building new muscle memory patterns that will combat your skeletal structure tendencies.
