Exercising during and post pregnancy requires specialized knowledge and focused attention to ensure safety of the mother and baby. YouniquelyFit created a curriculum for working with new moms and moms-to-be that is safe and sustainable in both theory and application.
The YouniquelyFit Postural Pre- and Post Natal Training Certification program provides personal trainers and fitness professionals with higher-quality education and advanced skills specific to pre-natal and post-natal exercise prescription.
WHAT YOU’LL GET:

- Posture and breath execution guidelines for pre- and post-natal women
- You will receive an email with all course materials within 1-3 business days after enrolling.
Access to our Pre- and Post Natal Training Program videos
- Access to a total of 10 hours / 85 videos / 5 levels.
- Learn how to safely train women in their pre and post natal stages.
Final exam
- A minimum final grade of 85% is required to pass. Learn the results within 24-hours of completion. A one-time retest fee of $25 will be applied. You can retake the test as many times as needed after this one-time fee.
- You will receive an email with a link to the exam within 1-3 business days after enrolling.
Certificate of completion
- Earn the title of “Certified Pre- and Post Natal Fitness Specialist”.
- Your certificate will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days after successfully passing your exam.

Do I Qualify?
To enroll in YouniquelyFit’s Postural Pre- and Post Natal Training Certification, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a solid understanding of the English language.
