During a one-hour YouniquelyFit™ Personal Training session, which is tailored to your posture and contraindications, you will move through all planes of motion for improvement in functional movement and injury prevention. A YouniquelyFit™ Personal Training session focuses on:

    - Core integration and stabilization

    - Spine integration and stabilization

    - Flexibility: static, dynamic, self myofascial release, and trigger point work

    - Balance in the frontal, transverse, and sagittal planes

    - Strength: resistance training

Low-impact, safe, and sustainable cardio burst training is also incorporated into YouniquelyFit™ Personal Training sessions if weight-loss is a goal.
