1 orange loop band

Ten minute class for Actors, Dancers & Singers with FBP. Includes floor ab work to ground you in performance. Strengthens the pelvic floor and full abdomen. Careful attention to breath and alignment to enhance performance, improve stamina, increase breath support and free the body.
