Jackie has incorporated her interpretation of visualization and breath work strategies from John Assaraf’s book ​'Innercise' ​with information about becoming a better listener from Kate Murphy’s book '​You’re Not Listening'.​ This is Jackie’s personal fifteen minute visualization she uses every morning to start her day. She created it to combat her childhood habits of emotional bottling. The incorporation of understanding how to become a better listener enhances your opportunities throughout the day to open up and have authentic interactions.
